There's a nice living room and family room as well. This is a great location central to everything on the south end of the valley.  Close to the freeway, South Towne mall, the Rio Tinto soccer stadium, and all the other amenities Sandy has to offer.  Not only that, you have the option to add garage parking as well! MY PHILOSOPHY

I'm just now buying this place. There are a few minor things left, like painting some of the rooms in two-tone and furnishing the place.  Due to the inconvenience of this, I am offering a discounted rent for the first 6 months of $350-430 per bedroom. If you are interested in a month-to-month contract, that is available as well for an additional $10/month.
